Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from floodie.co.uk ("Floodie", "we"). Floodie is a UK trading name; company details and trading address are available on request and appear on your order confirmation.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. The price payable is the price shown at checkout. Our Duo discount (20% off when two Floodies are in the basket) is applied automatically at checkout; it cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn for future orders at any time.

Delivery & risk

Delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; title passes on receipt of full payment.

Cancellation & returns

Your 14-day cancellation right and our returns process are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

Faulty goods

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
